• College: 3 X CCCAA State Champion, 1st Team All-Orange Empire Conference, 2nd Team All-SoCal, 2nd Team All-State, OEC Conference Finalist in 500 and 1650 yard swims 

• Coaching: Central Zone ODP Coach for 3 years, NFHS Level 3 accredited coach

• Played baseball/softball, soccer, volleyball before high school. During high school I played water polo, basketball and swam for all four years.

For how long:

• Played club water polo from age 6 until age 18.  Played in college from age 18 until 20. 

Any team or individual accolades:

• Starter + 1st team all-league + 1st team all-section on varsity all 4 years in high school.

• Team qualified 1st out of the Central California zone for JO's from 13 until 18 years old. 

• HS team won Sac-Joaquin section championships Jr. and Sr. years.

• Top 15 finish in the platinum division at my last JO's as an athlete in 2011.

• Have trained as an athlete and coached/led Sacramento Water Polo Club teams to Hungary 4 different times. 

• 2x All-American in water polo at Sierra College / All-American in swimming.

• Selected to coach the 8th grade national holiday camp at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs in 2014.

• Won multiple conference championships, and a Nor-Cal championship in water polo at Sierra College as a coach + 4x state champion in swim & dive.

• CCCAA Women's Nor-Cal Coach of the Year in 2025.

• Sierra College Head Men's & Women's Water Polo Coach + Assistant Coach in Swim & Dive.

• I did swim, basketball, baseball, soccer, football, volleyball and cross-country through 8th grade.  After that, I only focused on aquatics sports.

Favorite Sports Memory:

• Playing in a tournament at a water park in Hungary with both of my younger brothers while being coached by our dad.

• Played for 7 years. Shoutout to my high school coach for convincing me to give water polo a try my freshmen year and knowing I would love it. Thanks Mr. B!

• High school: 3 time All League member, 2 time section team honorable mention, senior year varsity captain, athlete of the year nominee 

• Community College: Conference, and NorCal Champions my freshman year. 2 time All-American player and captain my sophomore year

Favorite Sports Memory?

• Coaching a comeback win for Woodcreek High School in the NorCal championship game.

• 2x League MVP

• 2x SJS All-Section Team 

• 2x USAWP Outstanding Academic All-American

• 3 Conference Titles (1 water polo/2 swim, 2 NorCal Water Polo Titles

• 2018 CCCAA State Champion with Sierra College

• Helped lead Sierra College to 6 Conference Titles (3 water polo/3 swim), 1 NorCal Title, and 3 CCCAA State Championship appearances

Do you play or coach hs/college currently?

• I’m currently in my 4th of coaching water polo and swim at Sierra College. 

Did you play any other sports?

• I played competitive soccer for 10 years before switching to swim and water polo my freshman year of high school. 

Favorite Sports Memory?

• Winning the State Championship with my best friends and scoring a goal during that game.

• Currently play for the CSUF Club Water Polo team. 

Any team or individual accolades?

• High school: 2 year varsity captain (swim and polo), all-american, league MVP, first team all league, D1 sections team, beat the scoring record for my school, placed 6th overall out of every player in the section, team MVP. 

• ODP: 2nd in the Nation my first year playing with them.

• Community College: All-American for every season played (for swim and water polo), made captain my sophomore year. Won Conference 4 seasons in a row. Made it to states for 4 swim events as well as both water polo seasons.

• College Club Team: made captain within the first semester of being at CSUF, team MVP, made all league team.

Do you play or coach hs/college currently?

• Currently just wrapped up my last ever season of water polo and coach 14u girls for Sac Polo.

Did you play any other sports?

• I grew up swimming and playing soccer my whole life. I started playing water polo in 8th grade, decided I loved it, and focused on that.

My favorite sports memory:

• Winning conference all 4 seasons (water polo and swim) at Sierra with my best friends and being able to play the sport I love while making lasting relationships.
