Splashball

2026 Winter Splashball (6-10 year old)

December 1st - February 7th 

No experience necessary

Tuesday 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM 

Practices held at Sierra College, Rocklin

18 Practices - Cost: $180

• Must be able to swim 50 yards - 2 laps

• Participate in a team aquatics sport

• Develop traits such as *Camaraderie *Teamwork *Compassion *Respect *Sportsmanship

• Cultivate health and fitness

• Sample a new sport which you may have a special talent/passion

*Session fee includes coaching, practices, & pool time only. This group does NOT scrimmage unless selected to a 10U team.

COMPETITIVE GIRLS

2026 Competitive Girls

December 2 - February 8th

Tuesday & Thursday 730pm - 9pm @ Sierra College, Rocklin

16 Practices - Cost: $450

Our High School Competitive training program focuses on providing training that addresses the fundamental skills necessary to have success at any level. The High School Competitive Program is composed of athletes from multiple high schools across the greater Placer County area. Players have varying abilities levels from novice to intermediate, from Junior Varsity athletes to Varsity athletes. We encourage all athletes interested in training in an environment that focuses on high self-esteem, attention to detail and success through positive reinforcement to join SacPolo for training.

2026 Junior Olympic Girls

December 1 - February 7th

Tuesday, Thursday 630-830pm, Friday 630-8pm & 

Saturday 1130-1pm @ Whitney High School, Rocklin

32 Practices - Cost: $600

*This cost includes Super League. Additional costs for Futures, Frozen Cup, and Marin Tournament.

This is Sacramento Water Polo Club’s highest level of training with athletes intending to play for our Junior Olympic teams in July 2027. It is important for athletes to understand that SacPolo is not a win at all costs club or an All-Star team. Our goal is to prepare athletes to succeed at the next level and to what is best for each athlete and for the team. We ask our SacPolo Junior Olympic athletes to answer these following questions:

• Mastery: How well do you understand the "SacPolo" system of play?

• Team Chemistry: How do you fit into the team you? Do you have the ability to adapt your game to fill in where the team needs you?

• Attitude: Are you willing to sacrifice for the team for success vs. individual success?

• Commitment: Do you regularly attend practices? Tournaments? Team Bonding?

• Communication: It is the responsibility of the athlete, not the parent, to communicate with the coaches regarding playtime, missed workouts, expectations and future opportunities.

• Performance: How do you perform at training? Are you challenging yourself and your teammates?
