2026 Fall Youth Competitive (Ages 14U, 12U & Advanced 10U)
September 8th - November 14th
Monday & Wednesday 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @Sierra College, Rocklin
Saturday 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM@Sierra College
29 Practices - Cost: $490
Must be able to swim 6 laps consecutively, unassisted and tread water for one minute.
Participate in a team aquatics sport
Develop traits such as *Camaraderie *Teamwork *Compassion *Respect *Sportsmanship
Cultivate health and fitness
Sample a new sport which you may have a special talent/passion
*Session fee includes coaching, practices, & pool time only. Additional fee for tournaments may apply.
Step 1: Register at Sacramento Water Polo. This will make sure that you receive communications directly from us regarding practices and other important information in a timely fashion.
Step 2: Register and pay at Sierra College Community Link.

No experience necessary
Tuesday 7pm - 8pm @ Sierra College, Rocklin
8 Practices - Cost: $180
Must be able to swim 50 yards - 2 laps
Participate in a team aquatics sport
Develop traits such as *Camaraderie *Teamwork *Compassion *Respect *Sportsmanship
Cultivate health and fitness
Sample a new sport which you may have a special talent/passion
*Session fee includes coaching, practices, & pool time only. This group does NOT scrimmage.
