This is Sacramento Water Polo Club’s competitive training group with practices twice a week. This is an introductory group with practices focusing on basic water polo skill and fundamentals. This group does not compete.
*Step 1: Register and pay at Sierra College Community Link.
*Step 2: Register at Sacramento Water Polo. This will make sure that you receive communications directly from us regarding practices and other important information in a timely fashion.

2026 Summer Youth Competitive (Ages Advanced 10U, 12U Co-Ed)
May 5th - July 16th
Tuesday, Thursday 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday (*UPDATED) 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
29 Practices - Cost: $470
Must be able to swim 6 laps consecutively, unassisted and tread water for one minute.
Participate in a team aquatics sport – Water Polo is unique in the sense that it is a team activity.
*Session fee includes coaching, practices, & pool time only. Additional fee for tournaments may apply.

May 9th - July 11th
No experience necessary
Saturdays 11am - 12pm @ Sierra Community College
8 Practices - Cost: $120
Must be able to swim 50 yards - 2 laps
Participate in a team aquatics sport
Develop traits such as *Camaraderie *Teamwork *Compassion *Respect *Sportsmanship
Cultivate health and fitness
Sample a new sport which you may have a special talent/passion
*Session fee includes coaching, practices, & pool time only. This group does NOT scrimmage.
